For actual business sale transactions, clients work with their own licensed M&A advisors, business brokers, attorneys, accountants, and financial professionals. Exit Engineers may coordinate with these professionals but does not replace them.

Exit Engineers operates in a strategic advisory capacity. Any success-based compensation related to M&A transactions is structured in compliance with applicable exemptions, including Section 15(b)(13) of the Securities Exchange Act (M&A Broker Exemption) where applicable.
